How to Withdraw Via Kotani Pay

Follow these steps to send your funds from your Valora wallet to your Kotani Pay wallet

  • Dial *483*3542#
  • Select 'Deposit Funds'
  • Select 'cUSD deposit'
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
  • You will receive an SMS with your Kotani Pay address and link for completing the transaction via Valora
  • Click the sent link to open Valora and confirm the transaction

Max limit is KShs. 35,000 per Tx
